There are so many reasons one may struggle with a mood disorder - trauma, genetics, chronic pain or disease, hormonal or metabolic imbalance, neurotransmitters, inadequate diet, lifestyle, limiting mindset, environmental toxicity, spiritual challenges, unhealthy community or relationships ...
This means that there are many avenues through which we can integrate mental, physical and psycho-social health by investigating the appropriate causes of mood imbalances and making informed, empowered choices to improve well-being. There are so many ways we can cultivate joy in our lives!
I've organized this Meetup group in order to have a place where all are welcome to discuss the mental health continuum and share/learn natural ways to develop true mental wellness.
Check out the Seattle Natural Mood Health Meetup group if you (or someone you know and care for) are interested in learning how to manage mood concerns including depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, OCD or PTSD using natural methods and medicine.
