Welcome to your Team Wellness Week group!

You can connect with other members, get updates and share photos/videos too!


Let's get started:


1. Review the plan details, choose the recipes you want to try this week and print their respective grocery lists generated by the BodySite platform from your laptop/desktop computer.


**Note that there are 2-3 alternates for each recipe in case you are interested in a seafood, vegan or vegetarian option 😋**


2. Complete the Metabolic Assessment Questionnaire included assigned to your Wellness Week Plan and schedule a complimentary health consult to review your results with Dr. Mead


3. Follow the plan prompts to share your progress daily and make the experience fun and engaging within your group 🤗🎉💪🏽.


Posts are organized under topics for each day.


Please post your response to the plan prompt/task using the topic for the day in the group discussion as follows:


- Click "Share Something" or "Create post"

- Click "Add topic" found on the bottom left of the screen

- Select “#Day 1 - Share Wellness Goals"

- Post: eg. "My goals are to try new recipes, exercise daily and get to bed early.”


4. Download the BodySite app so you can track your progress - meals, hydration, exercise throughout the week.


You can also journal in-app to document your experiences, mood, stress and energy levels etc.


Our team is available to answer questions along the way and offer support.
