Welcome to the 7 Day Reset Intermittent Fasting and Wellness Plan group!

You can connect with other members, get updates and share videos too!


There are 3 steps to get all set up:


1. Enroll in the challenge to receive content via email and the BodySite app to receive daily recipes and wellness tips.

2. Set the date to begin as the day before you want to begin because the first day gives you a welcome message and general info on the challenge.


This is a good day to go through recipes, choose the ones you want to try this week and print their respective grocery lists generated by the app.

**Note that there are 2 alternates for each recipe in case you are hungry for something else šŸ˜‹


3. Download the BodySite app so you can track your progress - meals, hydration, exercise throughout the week. You can also journal in there to document your experiences, mood, digestion, energy levels etc.


4. Complete the Metabolic Assessment in your Bodysite account and schedule a complimentary health consult to review your results with Dr. Mead:
