Adeola Mead is a Physician and Executive Wellbeing Coach with 15+ years of clinical and corporate consultancy experience.
She has helped thousands of patients and coaching clients reclaim their health and vitality through comprehensive testing, diet and lifestyle changes and education regarding therapeutic self care.
She is the Director at VitaliTeam Workplace Wellness providing and curating health/wellness services and experiences centered on holistic, personalized care for individuals while fostering social connection and positive team cultures.

Her work as a Chief Wellbeing Officer takes the burden off of C-Suite and HR departments as a liaison between leadership and individual staff members.
Loala McCann, PCC
Executive Coach
Loala McCann is an Executive Coach who specializes in working with leaders in transition: promotions, role changes, career pivots, retirement and more. ​

Prior to becoming a full-time executive coach and facilitator, Loala navigated an extensive and rewarding career in Human Resources.

Her HR background includes executive coaching, leadership
development, succession planning, employee relations, strategic talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
She holds a BS in Speech from Northwestern University and her coaching credentials include the ICF PCC, iPEC CPC, ELI MP, and Gallup CSC.

Bridget Quigg
Creativity Coach
Bridget Quigg is a 15-year tech veteran and founder of the “You’re a Genius” workshop series.

After a successful career as a marketing director at some of Seattle’s hottest startups, Bridget decided to take
her long history in comedy and teach corporate teams about creativity and collaboration.
She’s written and toured five, one-woman comedy shows, including her most recent one “Techlandia” which was featured in Geekwire and on NPR.
She’s also the author of three books on intuition and creativity,
including, “You’re Intuitive: A Guidebook for Hearing Your Inner Wisdom.”
Consistently ranked as a favorite presenter, Bridget likes to keep her sessions uplifting and fast-paced so that everyone goes
home with a fresh perspective and ideas to take back to their team.

Alison Cantor is the owner and founder of Spacecraft, a small local business that opened in October
2019 as a shared, cozy, well-stocked arts and crafts studio on Capitol Hill.
Spacecraft closed its physical doors just five months later due to the pandemic, pivoted into virtual space to continue cultivating a creative community, and recently has embraced mobile workshops - bringing creative opportunities to
groups all over the PNW.
Alison's educational background is in environmental policy, but she has been crafting and making her entire life.
She’s currently crochet-obsessed, can’t get enough of tie-dye parties, and loves reworking old jewelry to give it new shine.
