About the event
This summer, I am hosting Mental Wellness Mondays - a free, weekly virtual series on Mental Wellness and Whole Body Health every Monday starting June 25th through September 10th.
LAST MEETING: We discussed stress hormones, the adrenal glands, and the importance of maintaining healthy boundaries.
RESOURCES:
1. Eat frequent ( every 2-3 hours), balanced (protein, fat, complex carb) meals throughout the day to minimize blood sugar fluctuations and the related stress hormone release.
2. Reflect on areas in your life where you need to Just Say No and establish healthy boundaries for the sake of lowering your stress levels.
