About the event

This summer, I am hosting Mental Wellness Mondays - a free, weekly virtual series on Mental Wellness and Whole Body Health every Monday starting June 25th through September 10th.

LAST MEETING: We discussed the immune system, inflammation and the need for a sense of community.

2. Take a step in improving your connection with a higher power, yourself and others. Consider spending time in nature, praying/meditating, and practicing active listening with friends/family.
