About the event

This summer, I am hosting Mental Wellness Mondays - a free, weekly virtual series on Mental Wellness and Whole Body Health every Monday starting June 25th through September 10th.

LAST MEETING: We discussed stress hormones, the adrenal glands, and the importance of maintaining healthy boundaries.

RESOURCES:

1. Love on your liver! Eat lots of dark green, leafy and criciferous vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Consider a castor oil packs to reduce inflammation in the gut. https://wellnessmama.com/35671/castor-oil-packs/

2. Reflect on areas in your life where you can express your creativity - music, dancing, writing, acting, organizing... playing!
