This summer, I am hosting Mental Wellness Mondays - a free, weekly virtual series on Mental Wellness and Whole Body Health every Monday starting June 25th through September 10th.
LAST MEETING: We discussed gut health and the importance of listening to gut feelings.
1.Begin eating a balanced diet including lots brain boosting foods, water and sources of omega 3’s and probiotics.
2. Listen and act on your gut feelings!
TONIGHT: How food sensitivities influence mood/mental and whole body health including your digestion, skin, immune and joint health. We'll also talk about the importance of setting intentions and maintaining personal integrity.
After the talk, we'll have a chance to discuss our experiences and share more resources.
I would love to make these sessions as valuable, accessible and interactive as possible for everyone so please feel free to:
